I had a pork loin and I wanted to throw it in the slow cooker, so i decided to try my bff’s carnitas recipe. It came out mucho delicious! I had mine like a taco salad, added on some tomatoes, cheese, onions, and guac! And served with some leftover refried beans! Will definitely make this again!
