pesto, roasted red pepper, mozz & prosciutto pizza

this combo of pizza toppings was pretty good — it could have used some chicken though 🙂

1 tube of pillsbury pizza crust that comes in a sheet


bocconcini quartered

roasted red peppers chopped

prosciutto chopped

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. take the pizza dough and roll out onto greased sheet
  3. spread pesto over dough
  4. top with bocconcini, peppers, and prosciutto
  5. bake for 30 minutes
  6. eat :)

    That looks so good! I have never tried that brand of crust before… is it expensive? Thanks for sharing! I’m new to blogging here and I just love how supportive and creative everyone is! If you have time, could you please check out my blog? If you have any, I would love some advice 🙂

    thanks for stopping by! the pillsbury pizza crust you can find in the dairy department with the tubed dinner rolls, croissants, etc. it’s about $2.30 at my store. i’ll be sure to check out your blog!
