pesto, roasted red pepper, mozz & prosciutto pizza

31 Jul

this combo of pizza toppings was pretty good — it could have used some chicken though 🙂

1 tube of pillsbury pizza crust that comes in a sheet

pesto

bocconcini quartered

roasted red peppers chopped

prosciutto chopped

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. take the pizza dough and roll out onto greased sheet
  3. spread pesto over dough
  4. top with bocconcini, peppers, and prosciutto
  5. bake for 30 minutes
  6. eat :)

If you have time, could you please check out my blog? http://shecooksandheeats.wordpress.com/ If you have any, I would love some advice 🙂
