Time once again for a secret recipe club recipe! This month I was given veena from veg nation. There were so many yummy sounding recipes! I’m usually not a fan of biscotti, but these came out really good! Maybe next time I’d dip them in some melted chocolate! Yum!
chocolate chip biscotti

All purpose flour 1 3/4 cup
Sugar 2/3 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 350
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a plate.
Beat the eggs and sugar till fluffy
Now add the vanilla and beat for a minute or so.
Now add the flour mixture and mix well
Add the chocolate chips to this.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Make two oblong logs from dough and place them on sheet
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove from the oven. Cool slightly and slice into thin slices.
Reduce the oven temperature to 325 and bake the slices for 10 minutes.
Turn all the slices over and bake for 10 more minutes
